Tories lead in first SES Poll since February

SES Research (the most accurate pollster out there) released a new poll today which has the Tories at 38%, the Liberals at 28% and the NDP at 19%. These results are a little different from past polls - especially NDP support. Since SES got it right during the election - they're the only polls I trust.

Wow - all I can say to that comment is that its either the most sarcastic comment I've seen or if not sarcastic, the least fact based, rational comment imaginable. 38% is not unreasonable for a party that has done what it said it would do.

The Tory budget, despite my disapproval, was not a neo-conservative budget. It was in many ways a "Progressive" Conservative budget and Canadians who tilt to the centre-right (which make up at least 40-45% of the population) see it and like it. Plus the Liberals aren't giving Canadians much to support these days.
