Will Gerard Kennedy run in Quebec?

Today a thought occurred to me. Is Kennedy going to run in Quebec if he wins the leadership of the Liberal Party? I mean - he says he's quitting his seat in the Ontario legislature and packing up his family and moving to Quebec.

Now - if he is serious about this move - will he run there? If he doesn't commit to running there than its just another stunt.

So I think it's time the media asks - Will Kennedy run in Quebec? And if so - then in what riding?

Umm, no, as the initial reports have said, he is moving to quebec for part of the campaign.

This is more an extended vacation than a move perse.

He realizes his French needs work so he's going to spend some time in Quebec with his family, what's so difficult to understand about this.

He's moving there for part of the campaign to work on his French and talk to Quebeqers. He'll run in Parkdale since it's his provincial seat and currently held by the NDP federally.

Kennedy did not say he was moving to Quebec. As noted by the other bloggers, he is spending some extra time there during the campaign-a great idea.
